Ground Disturbance Train the Trainer

This Train the Trainer program is a five-day program. To date, Global Training Centre has assisted thousands of clients in their training requirements worldwide, and has become renowned for the quality and standards that back each program. These standards are the basic agreements to which all Licensee instructors operate to provide confidence in program consistency, regardless of location or party delivering the program.

Global reserves the right to remove the Global license from any individual who does not uphold these strict standards at all times when delivering the licensee program. Aligned with these standards, the Ground Disturbance Train the Trainer program is offered on a licensee basis to successful candidates.

Learning Objectives

  • Demonstrate how to self-assess current knowledge, skills, and attitudes about training.
  • Create and use a lesson plan to determine course and lesson content.
  • Demonstrate teaching methods to address auditory, visual and kinesthetic learners.
  • Demonstrate proper time and classroom management.
  • Deliver a training session using the ROPES format.
  • Successfully complete an audit of a peer instructor.
  • Successfully receive a peer audit of a training session.

Pre-Requisites

The course participant must:

  • Have a minimum of two years experience in the subject matter (within the last ten years)
  • Completion of a Global Training Centre’s In Class Ground Disturbance Level II® program
  • Passed with a minimum mark of 90% within the last six months
